Is this the best bike shop in the world? Definitely! Quality product, quality service, professional, personal, competitive prices. Paulo's knowledge of bikes is second to none. Very enthusiastic, warm, friendly and engaging. Loved the locally resourced connections. Nothing was too much trouble. The bikes were repaired and home delivered without fuss. Customer service at its very best. Daniel, Cesar and Rogerio all added to the homely, family feel. Recommended without reservation.

They have now done 2 bikes for me 1 vintage road bike and a cyclecross bike, both done amazing jobs! They Always get the bikes running like new quickly, very helpful with other enquires and really know what they are talking about. Only bike Repair shop I would recommend and good prices too.

Best bike shop around, no question. Lockdown’s have sent everybody out on their bikes and these guys keep them running. Super quick, super friendly, and unlike the big chain bike shops they won’t try and scam you, selling you things you don’t need. Would thoroughly recommend and have done to everybody!

Just found this place. I have a new bike and struggled with the setup (not bought from their shop). Took this here and not only did they solve the issues within seconds, they refused to take payment from me. In a time where small businesses are taking huge hits from the pandemic, it was so refreshing to receive such great service.

I've known these guys for over 6 years now and there's very few people I would trust with my bicycle, and these guys fit that criteria. Great people with great energy and maybe it does help that I love Bossa Nova music too ;-)
