I had some issues with how I coping with separation from a relationship and how I reacted during the relationship itself. I can't say how beneficial this has been for my future relationships and my own happiness. I would full recommend.

I turned to relate for help while going through a very difficult time with my family. When I had my first appointment, all I could do was cry at my poor counsellor, who was very nice about it, thank goodness! By the time I had my last appointment, I felt calmer and better able to deal with the conflicts as they arose. My counsellor gave me tools to use to help me respond, rather than react to bad behaviours and so far it's made an enormous difference - I can actually spend time with my family now!! Thanks so much to Relate for their help. I don't know what sort of state I'd be in now if it weren't for them.
Absolutely appalling wouldn't recommend, refused to see me and wife today because we had a child with us, Made pathetic excuses useless would be an understatement.
