The staff in Pets At Home are all very helpful and are clearly well trained about the products that they sell. I visited this store for tropical fish and found that the prices were better than those in my local shop, which was a bonus.

Ease of parking specially if you have a bulky purchase to make . Staff friendly and my dog Poppie was offered a treat on arrival which she eagerly excepted . Covid restrictions were to the letter and as for prices you might find them a little cheaper elsewhere online but time you pay pp I found worked out more than the Pets At Home prices plus the hassle making sure you are in for the delivery

Staff doesn't know about pet stuff (multiple stores). On phone they reply yes for any item that you ask for availability but on store they don't have items, not just at moment, they really don't have. Staff knows nothing about bird food. Staff avoid to help, don't guide customer, don't reassure what customers is looking for and look for feedback about if has found items or not or if can help in any other way. They just say go to the opposite side of store and stay planted on same spot. I have experience with big pet shops in 4 different continentes and have never seen such non dedicated staff.

Well controlled during this pandemic. Range of stock isn't overly big. But nice friendly staff

Staff very friendly and helpful. Happy to assist me. Have bought a lot of fish and plants etc from them all good quality. Set my tank up from scratch. Not lost one fish.
