I have been attending classes at Pennington's with the very talented and patient Dawn and her fantastic team for a number of years. I have such a brilliant time learning new skills in a warm, encouraging and friendly atmosphere and am always delighted with the cake I have produced by the end. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. Book a course soon....you won't regret it.

I have been attending Penningtons School of Cake Artistry for the last three years. Dawn comes highly recommended along with her team of professional passionate and experienced tutors. The skills I have learnt from Penningtons from Royal icing, sugar modelling to designing sugar flowers gave me the confidence to start my own business up in February 2016 which is now thriving. Penningtons has a friendly and warm atmosphere whilst learning so much, I highly recommend for experienced cake makers to beginners.
Penningtons school has helped me millions with my baking and cake skills! They are professional in their approach and are very attentive when helping you. The classes are small, about 6 people which means that you get the provision and expertise that you need. Both Dawn and Amanda are a joy to be around and make the session such fun! Very helpful and I would definitely recommend this school to anyone!
If your looking to learn the arts of cake decorating, stop looking and do a course here. The classes are great. You learn a lot, the staff are very knowledgeable and if you need any help they will go out their way to aid you. Can't rate this high enough, Dawn and her team are fantastic.
I booked to learn some royal icing skills and haven't stopped going back since I started. Dawn and her team are fantastic tutors, knowledgeable, supportive and oh so patient, and the environment is friendly and huge fun. The courses are varied and great value too. I have learned so much and just can't rate the whole experience highly enough!
