Booked my wife's car for an MOT. It failed however, the guys at NT Bournemouth were able to fit it in the same day for repairs including investigation of the cause of the front brakes imbalance. They did so and rectified the problem without the need to replace any parts with the mechanic saying that he preferred to fix things then simply replace at a higher cost. Much appreciated.

Lads in the garage were brilliant. Prompt and honest. And very professional. Shame the online service can't reflect the quality of staff and service given on the factory floor. The 5 stars is for the garage. Not the online! Imagine ordering something online. They ask you to phone them! Which takes over 20 mins to answer. To say the tyres I was able to pay for, order online and book a slot at the garage. To tell you the ones you wanted are not available and discontinued! Then only two options. Refund or shell out an extra 68 for mid range ones they so happen to have in stock! In future I would deal with the garage direct and would rather gouge my heart out with a spoon than deal with there online store!

After being let down by Halfords Auto Centre I popped in on the off chance they had a slot for wheel alignment. They fitted me in within 30 mins and had the job done in no time at all. A very professional service and I will definitely be back again.
