I was looking for a pair of jeans but couldn't find my size so I asked an assistant to check if they had any out the back. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to look for my size. I was really pleased with the customer service.

Excellent customer service from very helpful sales person. To my shame I can't remember her name. Found me struggling to locate ceiling lights I liked on shelves. It was very close to closing time on Sunday but she happily said she would check. I was happy to order on line but insisted she would check for me.. Poor labelling on boxes in stock room hindered her progress each box opened and checked for me. I wanted 2. With a minute or 2 to spare back she came. All found. So delighted. All sorted . great security chap carried my boxes to the paypoint. Happy customer
I'm so pleased I popped in I bought a warm winter coat. And bag full of summer clothes at bargain prices. Love walking round this store as always clean and tidy. Missed a star as I caught my handbag on a couple of swivel rails as passing because they were too close. Overall happy shopper.
