Pathetic. I suffer from mental health and many other personal problems and was describing to my work coach how hard things are for me at the moment so he understanding of why I was there. He then tells me that the hardest thing he's had to do was move from London to Bournemouth by himself with no money...That has nothing to do mith my claim... It always seems that my appointment is an inconvenience.

The staff were very helpful and made sure that I knew what to expect as well as setting my mind at ease. It sucks being powerless and they were empathetic and kind. I would very much recommend this place.
Absolutely shocking! Was told on arrival there was an hour wait for my daughter's UC health assessment causing me to miss my own important hospital appointment. This jobcentre is not close to where we live, I'm severely disabled and really struggled to get here with my daughter, so I couldn't just rearrange. There was no reason why they couldn't have made a 1 minute phone call before we left to say they were running so far behind. Yet I can see why there were, it took 2 staff members to phone a taxi. Also, the toilet door lock was broken and there was poo smeared around the seat. When I informed the reception staff they just said, 'oh is it' and 'yuck'. Unacceptable and useless. At least the independent UC lady was really nice and efficient but then she's not job centre staff so has half a brain!
Very helpful. Kind and understanding staff. Nice atmosphere. They have computers to assist. Disabled parking outside with parking ground opposite across the road.
No problem as I had an appointment but these often run a bit late. Have gone just to see someone without an appointment and waited an hour but very helpful staff
