This was a really nice boat trip and a good price...BUT we were crammed into the boat, no distancing allowed for Covid reasons..asked time and time again to squish up more to allow more on the boat. At one point had 34 on the boat. Spoilt what would have been a wonderful trip

Never had a problem with this service and have used it many times and enjoyed it. However, on this occasion, the member of staff at the ticket office was rude and extremely unhelpful. He told us we didn't need life jackets for our small children and when we insisted we have them he didn't help or explain how to put them on. Yes, it's probably obvious, but when children are concerned, staff should oversee this and at least offer help. The covid guidance was also confused and contradicts what they have on the website. The other staff were lovely and helpful and we had a good time. It was just a shame that one member of staff was particularly offensive
