I can't recommend Bits highly enough for their professionism and honesty. I had an issue with a broken charger port from dropping laptop on floor (I'm fortunate more damage wasn't caused). I was informed it was unlikely that it could be fixed without the part, but they managed to without for a much cheaper price. They could have easily charged more and I would have been none the wiser. Was fixed in 48 hours too, in these times I'm SO impressed. Thank you Mohammad and all the team for your amazing service. Absolute top notch! Thank you so much. Rachel x

Really nice employees. They spent a good bit of time giving me advice on how to fix my issues and an Apple service number that is free. They didn't charge me anything for the time they spent giving me advice and I followed their instructions when I got home and my computer is working perfectly now.

Extremely helpful, polite and curtious, something you don't often experience these days elsewhere. Having been in Business for over 45 years, I assumed it was a dying art.
