I recently part exchanged my vehicle here for a lovely Renault scenic. The team were amazing and extremely helpful. I didn't feel pressured at all and they gave me plenty of time and room to look around the cars and decide what I wanted. I got a great deal on my vehicle and I'm so pleased with my new car. I purchased a BMW X5 for my wife and did everything over the phone had the car deliver up to Leeds. These guys were great. There was an issue with the car within 2 weeks i did'nt need to worry even though they were 260 miles away they sorted it out for me i paid for the repair and they put the money in my account within the next day. Great service as from past experience this is not always the case with other dealers. She loves the car... Very happy and would recommend to anyone.

THANKING BOURNEMOUTH AND POOLE CAR SALES.. I purchased a vehicle for my daughter some months ago from this car centre and were over the moon with it. Some 6 months down the line the car developed quite a dangerous fault i took it back to the centre and they acted immediately..it was a fault that they could not possibly of known about and was not covered under our extended warranty..they arranged for it to be IMMEDIATELY repaired at WILLIS WAY MOTORS REPAIRS entirely at THEIR OWN COST..I CANNOT FAULT the level of service received from both Bournemouth and Poole Car sales and the repairing garage and would HAPPILY RECOMMEND both to potential customers
