The customer service you receive from this firm is truly outstanding. They take care of everything, answer every question, cover every detail and think of everything. The quality of the product is also exceptional. I would recommend this printers to any company or individual who is looking for high quality, value for money, and exceptional service. I would hedge a large bet that you will not find a better printer with more attentive staff. An outstanding firm and so easy to work with. Whatever you need they will supply.

Avoid that place! They have produced for me 20 limited edition publications with the naked sewing finish – 4 sections. The glue damaged the pages between all the sections in all 20 books! 11 out of 20 if not properly trimmed – the white edge is still visible on some of the pages. They charge extra for the ‘quality check’ and in the end they do not do their job. They have no intention to solve my problem even if I paid for it! I am taking the issue to another lever and inform the customer rights about the unaaceptable service. It is a fraud. They charged me for something what was not delivered. Absolutely do not use their services or you will end up with the same frustration feel as me.

They kept me fully informed through the process. They were just nothing short of utterly brilliant.
