Only collected won lots on Saturday mornings but staff are efficient and friendly. There's a nice atmosphere. Not a lot of parking spaces though.

I've just had the best service ever. I've bought quite a few items over the years and always been very happy. Today there was a glitch re documentation to support an item I bought-this was the fault of the vendor not the BEAR but Simon and his team did everything they could to put it right including offering a full refund. Excellent.
Great place friendly stuff all ways around to help with any inquiries that you may have, and another thing is the website any one can go to it and look at the auction and look at the list with out Registrar your email. The only reason giving 4 star's its only because of the parking even though the auction is attached to the train station the auction only have 5 spaces wile the train station has another 25 spaces, but you can only pay online or by mobile phone, there's no paying machine's at this car parck and not every body have the Tec to do on they mobile phones, be side that the auction is great place I have multiple times bought at this auction room.

We sold our house in lockdown, so had a huge sort out. We had to move quickly, and Hugo from Bourne End Auctions came to view my hoard at very short notice, once lockdown lifted. He took his time to look over everything from big pieces of furniture to small vintage makeup compacts. There was such an eclectic mix of items, but he agreed, thankfully, to try to sell everything. One full Luton van load left within a week to Bourne End. Over the coming weeks they itemised all the lots and put them into the best auctions to suit the items. Two months later they have sold pretty much everything, at great prices. They were incredibly organised, informative, responsive, and run the business with a friendly personal touch. I have been very impressed with all the staff, and will now be looking for more 'stuff' to give them for auction. Well done guys, you've been great!
