Very easy to book. We booked a minibus for my family to travel to Devon in unfortunately the day before we were due to pick up we had a positive COVID test so we had to cancel. Due to me phoning the wrong number I thought I had cancelled the day before but upon receiving a call from one of your staff I realised my mistake. Your staff member was very helpful understanding and advised me of my error and even organised a refund of my money minus my deposit. I highly recommend this company and wish them all the best and if we need a minibus again will definitely contact them.
