I had my birthday dinner last night at Bourbon & Bones, and it was nothing short of amazing! They put us in a private room, which was awesome! The service was top-notch and so on point! The drinks kept flowing and the food was delicious! They were very accommodating with separate checks and made sure everyone was happy! I have been to this restaurant several times and always had a fantastic meal! I will continue to come back and highly recommend!! Thank you for a memorable birthday!

Drinks and food is amazing, this will be my new go to spot. They give you bacon as soon as you sit down as a aperitif. How can you go wrong with that! Service was very good.

Why I loved this place? Bourbon and steaks... Not sure what else you need to say. 575 bourbon/whiskeys and great steaks. I went on my birthday and our server Tina definitely gave an awesome amount of birthday courtesy. Wife and I had a great time.

Started out with the shrimp cocktail tasted like it was a bit still frozen and 2 chalky whered texture the horseradish probably the best I ever had. Add their signature bourbon it was very good old-fashioned the steak was awesome my son had a 10 oz fillet I had the T bone prime cooked to perfection very tasty Mac and cheese was very good we also split a wedge salad that was also very good I would recommend it just not a fan of the shrimp cocktail

An overall very disappointing experience. But there’s more to the story. The service was *outstanding*, our waiter was knowledgeable helpful and attentive. The atmosphere and menu were top notch. I’m going to rate the food menu items individually: Bleu Cheese Stuffed Medjool Dates (5/5 Stars ️️️️️) Bacon, salted marcona almonds, port reduction *Delicious! 1/2 Dozen Oysters (5/5 Stars ️️️️️) House mignonette, cocktail sauce *Outstanding, and the horseradish was amazing. Truffled Lobster Mac N Cheese (5/5 Stars ️️️️️) maine lobster house made cheese sauce fresh herbs truffles *Delicious! Some of the best I’ve ever had. Brussels Sprouts (4/5 Stars ️️️️) bacon bourbon glaze *I don’t love Brussels spouts, but these were good in their own way. 5oz Japanese Wagyu Filet (1/5 Stars ️) *Horrible. This literally ruined the experience for me. For a steak/chophouse this was a cardinal sin. My filet was not “marbled” it was literally 50% fat. It was brought to the tables sliced into medallions, and literally some slices were 90% fat, no meat. Whereas my dining companions was just fine. This cut should never have been served. And for a 100 cut of meat, this was robbery.
