What an amazing selection of party rentals items. I utilize their services a while back. I was very pleased, they set up the inflatables on time with a very professional team. They were in great shape & clean. The face painter they provided was a huge hit with the adults

I am the camp director for a camp for inner city youth. I have been planning our carnival day for weeks. As the days got closer I started checking the weather and noticed that there was a chance of rain at 3:00PM then it moved to 5:00PM. Well the day of my event out of no where the weather changed to rain at 11:00AM and 12:00PM. The delivery drivers pulled up to my camp at 10:00AM. Over the phone I was told that they would set up everything and also fill up the dunk tank. That's definitely not what the delivery drivers told me. In fact they didn't even provide the hose we needed to fill up the dunk tank. In the middle of them setting up the obstacle course it begin to get really dark and the storm clouds moved in. One of the drivers was new and the other had worked for the company for awhile, so every time I asked them questions I received two different answers. After I signed the contract the storm came and they left. As the other company's arrived they let me know it was not best for us to have them set up especially since we wouldn't be able to enjoy it all day, so we rescheduled for next Wednesday. Our DJ showed up and he set up inside and also offered to return on as Wednesday well! I then attempted to contact Awesome Family Entertainment to see what could be done since it was 2:15PM and we still had not used the equipment. He explained once it was delivered there was nothing he could do. I then explained about how the other companies were coming back on Wednesday and I wanted to see if he could as well?!? He proceeded to tell me that he could, but we would have to pay and oh yeah he did offer a 50% off discount! At around 4:00PM we finally went outside and enjoyed dunk tank and obstacle course for the last two hours. I have used Awesome Family Entertainment for my camp as well as my daughters' birthday parties over the past few years, but after this experience I will never patronize their business...
I am not happy with this company. I scheduled a bounce house for my daughter's first birthday last year in June. I canceled because of thunderstorms. We went to reschedule and use the credit this year for her second birthday party. 24 hours out the forecast has changed and once again thunderstorms. Called to see what I can do. Turns out nothing. Paid 395.00 for absolutely nothing. Check the weather policy and know what you are getting in to. Get that this is the policy - hate getting screwed.
