You’re « funny ». I wrote my review you deleted it and then you claim you tried to contact me. Here I go again. I took to services with you a massage and back and shoulders waxing. The practitioner was ok, asked me questions to better understand my wants and make me feel comfortable but failed to address every answer. Eg: she asked if the temperature of the room was ok, I said it was too cold she went out came back and it continued to be freezing cold. Hard to benefit from a supposedly relaxing massage when it’s so cold. Then regarding the waxing the bed was covered with towels which were visible used. First, I don’t think towels are the right cover. Most places use disposable paper sheets. Second, if you believe it is ok to use towels them make sure there are no traces of wax when a new client comes in. To your advantage I would say your staff tried to be gentle and accommodating but they failed. I’m sorry my experience with you was clearly average or below.

Soin visage ce jour. Très très bonne expérience et la personne qui s'est occupée de moi était vraiment agréable et à l'écoute. Espace bien-être ultra propre et bien agencé qui me donne personnellement envie de tester quelques soins visage (1 ères rides) et corps pour contribuer à \évacuer \ qq kilos.

La propreté laisse à désirer beaucoup de poussière Étagère emballage les plantes le sol, Si vous Choisissez ce lieu ne soyez pas à cheval sur la propreté Et les conditions d’hygiène sur le nettoyage des ustensiles.Concernant la manucure express pas de trempage de main ,pas de crème donc renseignez-vous bien avant de prendre rendez-vous ainsi que sur le tarif. car au moment de payer ils ne fond plus les promos...J’y suis allée une fois mais pas deux.
