Aji is great, sourcing SOME (keyword some) of their product from their shared farm. It is tasty, wonderfully presented food and attentive staff. You can order from the vegetarian restaurant (Leaf) next door, and both happy hours are excellent. One warning; their mixed drinks are always pretty weak, just a heads up.

The most incredible food ever. Waitstaff was attentive and ensured my friend and I were ushered inside right before a terrible storm. Happy hour is a good time to go and try many things, but you will want to go back for every meal. I can't stop thinking about the food. Many, many gluten and dairy free options. Encountered a staff member in the restroom who was washing her hands like a surgeon, which makes me feel VERY good about a restaurant.

Cute atmosphere. Nice and peaceful area to eat outside. Excellent mojitos and a pretty on point cubano!

Aji is very average and inconsistent. I have been a few times; sometimes we get great service, other times we are forgotten about for 30 minutes or more. They have an OK happy hour, but there is a lot better food within a few blocks of Aji that will leave you more satisfied.

Vegetarians! Order from the LEAF Veg Restaurant menu - everyone is happy. I visited Aji twice, for lunch both times. On both occasions I was with non-veg friends who like Aji's fish dishes. The regular menu is not very vegetarian-friendly although there are a few options. On my first visit (quite a while ago) I didn't realize that both Aji and the Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant next door are owned by the same people - so I ordered the vegetarian enchiladas. That dish was fine, but I couldn't help but have a negative reaction to the lack of attention to the vegetarian crowd. On my second visit I was better informed. When the Aji menus were presented I asked to order from the Leaf menu. The server was polite and eager to help, bringing me the Leaf menu right away. There were no glitches with my order and all the food was brought at the time same time. So, my non-vegetarian friends and I all had a great meal.

Had the best time! Hannah was our server and absolutely incredible! Such a peach. Unsure if she's from Minnesota or Iowa but either way, she's married. Would definitely come back!

Wouldn't go back. Servers are inexperienced and everyone working there seems confused. Had deserts brought to our table before we placed dinner order(not ours), 3 different servers approached the table before one of them offered to take our order. We ordered a small plate, a salad and an entree and they came relatively quick but, all at the same time! Food was OK, lots of strong flavors and spice seemed to override the naturals flavors, not worth the price in my opion. Left much to be desired in terms of hospitality.
