Very good service on arrival and return from staff at Nantes airport. Their English is much better than my French! Car was new, clean and easy to find. Smooth rental from start to finish.

Collection was easy simple and with friendly staff. Unfortunately drop-off was a totally different experience: Having arrived at the airport it wasn't obvious where the car should be parked and there was no staff form Sixt to ask. I am used to having someone in a Sixt uniform waiting to receive the cars, but not here! I had to park up and go into the terminal to give the car back. OK when you know, but no-one had told me in advance - frustrating!

Minus 5 stars. Unacceptable that a company employee keeps personal item forgotten inside the vehicle. Furthermore, it took me 12 hours to manage to establish contact with local office. Unacceptable that I hear a recorded message (after 08:00) saying that I contacted out of the opening hours (06:00 to 20:00 as stated in recorder message).
