Bottle House Inn

This is a very well run pub offering good food. The car park is ample size there are a few steps up to the pub which is tastefully decorated and laid out well. Though it is generally open plan there are a few nooks with tables if you want to feel alone. The welcome is always good as is the food with it’s good selection on the menu. If you are visiting in the summer the beer garden is out front, it’s a little disappointing and does not have a view. In summation we have visited it many times over the years and have never had a bad experience.

My pie was surrounded in pastry just like a real pie and it tasted good too. The pork belly was also very tasty. The fillet steak tasted very nice along with the pepper sauce however I would have liked it a little hotter. My pint of Chiddingstone was good and staff were friendly. I would recommend booking before you go as they were busy..

Great food and excellent, well judged service. We ate outdoors with excellent social distancing measures in place. The seafood platter was very tasty and fresh. Top marks all around and great value for money. Thank you.

Lovely place to eat some good food. Big portions and tasty too. A perfectly peaceful and quiet part of the Kent countryside. Highly recommend. Staff very nice.

Lovely pub. Book in advance if you can. Great menu. Could do with a few more umbrellas and to sort the flying an intestation. But apart from that all good.
