I called here on Wed 9th September and found the whole experience quite disappointing. I posted the following note to the managers - I've just been in and had your sourdough, poached eggs and bacon and a coffee. The way in which this was served left a lot to be desired. It just looked like it had been fired on the plate with even a poached egg on top of a butter sachet!! I paid good money for this and I expect better. I have a photo which I thought about posting on Social Media but I thought I would give you a chance to comment first. I received an enquiry from Stephen asking which branch I had visited. I expected to hear back from him with some form of an apology or an explanation as to why I received this poor service but I'm really disappointed again not to have heard a word. I even resent the email again last night just in case they didn't receive it but again - not a word!! It really is a pity that in these days when businesses are struggling to stay afloat that this company can care so little about customer satisfaction. I like others will vote with my feet and am very unlikely to eat here again, nor could I recommend it!

Bang, bang average. Bought a coffee, a BLT and a fifteen. The bread is not real sourdough (just a marketing ploy), the sandwich was obv not fresh enough as the tomato in the sandwich had made the bread soggy. The fifteen was dry and waaay too sweet. 1st and last time in here.
Great coffee, friendly helpful staff, a great casual coffee stop to sit and chill - perfect for babies and children too. Spacious toilet and changing facilities and a kids corner with chalkboard for the littles
Nice coffee and lovely atmosphere. Service was good although the clearing of tables was somewhat slow. A nice selection of bakes and cakes. I had the raspberry ruffle tray bake and it was really good. Decor is modern and contemporary. Parking is free. I would go back.
Bothy is a coffee shop nestled in the industrial estate in Mallusk. The opening hours are great, opening from 8am each day and staying open until 9pm on Mondays, 10pm from Tuesday through Friday and 6pm on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays. There is a good selection of sweet and savoury snacks, teas and coffees. Cold drinks are also available. Price is pretty much what I'd expect to pay in any coffee shop, around 5 for 2 hot beverages. It's nicely decorated and clean. It loses a star because I'm a tea drinker and I prefer teapots, which they don't have. Cost (pricey)
