I think the kitchen and staff was overwhelmed. It took us 2 hours to get our meal, and 4 of us ordered the same thing. Everyone's food was luke warm or close to cold. Everything, however, was seasoned amazingly, cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. Paula did everything she absolutely could and was very communicative with us. She and her helper were absolutely amazing. They offered us all dessert and we did take it. Also perfect. This is probably the only place I could have an experience that I would rate 1 star anywhere else as 4 stars. My partner and I really look forward to going back when things are more consistent.

Great wait staff, the busers were on top of it. We all loved the sea scallops appetizer . I had the rib eye and it was amazing it came with garlic mashed potatoes, broccoli and carrots. The wines we choose were all good however the selection we were shown was limited. We did learn if you ask they have more options available.
Made reservations for a late dinner & was seated in the upper loft. Service was slow & when our meal came almost an hour later the food as usual was exellant but cold. It seemed that even though the place was busy they were short handed & being placed in the loft we were somewhat ignored with most of the attention for the servers were downstairs. We have always enjoyed Russell's & will be back but will insist on seating downstairs. Even the servers were complaining about climbing the stair with hands full of plates.
Fabulous atmosphere, Fabulous Margarita. The pork chop, copper river salmon was excellent! Vegetables were done to perfection. Desert? I'm speechless. I will go back
Amazing service. James and Colden were fantastic. Our server, who was the manager, was stupendous. The food was top quality minus the over cooked duck and sand in the scallops. I realize that sand in a filter seafood is hard to come by. Trust me. Being in the industry you get it. They were all amazing.

Love this hidden gem. Food, Wine, and atmosphere is spot on. Shout out to the staff, servers and cooks. Welcome back after covid, felt safe and was well spaced.
