I had 2 appointments with Doctor Craig Baugher. He's exactly what a person would want in a doctor for this type of thing. He was friendly, discreet, comforting, thorough yet quick, and very informative. As a dude who is completely new and foreign to anything dermatology related, this was a fantastic first experience. Can't thank him enough, and the rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful. Great job, gang!

I have never seen a dermatologist before but had a small concern about a spot on my face and acne. Dr. Craig Baugham of North Sound was referred to me. He came in with some kind of 'tool' seeming very prepared to take care of the spot that after a quick look said \Might be pre-cancerous\. He quickly treated the area and prescribed meds for my acne. By the time I got home, myleft eye was turning red and swelling. I had to put a cold compress on it. Since it was close to the treated area, I called the office to report the problem the next morning. There seemed to be little concern but my eye was swelling shut and it looked sunburned into the leading corner. I was told to pu hydrocortisone on it. I called again, my eye was bloodshot and still swollen. I was passed around to several people and told it was probably the medication I put on my face. It was my mistake, I hadn't probably washed my hands and it couldn't have been from the nitrogen treatment, \That never happens...is unheard of.\ I dropped the whole thing with them after finally getting a call from Dr. Baugham who was more interested in defending his practice than even seeing me for a quick look. After 2 weeks, the spot under my eye peeled as did the nitro treated area on my nose. It actually blistered up before hand with a water blister. I just went in for a check up and was not happy with the defensiveness of the doctor. The blister left a white spot area that is noticeable to me but can be covered with make up. I will be going elsewhere for any further needs. The medication prescribed originally did no damage to my face at all and I have continued using it.

I saw Craig 4 times in two years. I had a lesion on my right cheek, which he froze twice. It returned right away both times. I kept asking him about it and he said not to worry. I wanted a biopsy, but he said it was unnecessary. A year later, I see a dermatologist in Arizona. He does a biopsy, which shows it is cancer. I have it removed using the MOHS process and now have a horrendous scar on my cheek, which I am unable to cover. I am thinking of suing. My Dr here said Craig should have done a biopsy right away. I am disfigured forever.
