This surgery is exceptional. Under the current stresses they are coping remarkably. Can't believe people are moaning about a wait for prescriptions. It is not the surgery's fault, they are doing all they can to accommodate people in difficult times. Would like to see the moaners cope with the job themselves! Keep up the amazing work Botesdale.
This has to be one of the best practices I've ever had the good fortune to be registered with. Can't fault the service, the facilities available or the staff. Truly exceptional. The NHS at its very best!
Pharmacy is very slow waited 40mins for 2 packs of meds when they should of been ready the day before...
