One star because less is not an option. Purchased a computer from these people and has been absolute rubbish, nothing but trouble, fixed twice by them and multiple problems still exist. Obviously do not know what they are doing. Cheap equipment, does not even boot-up!!, now quotes 100/hr to look at it!!!!!, they give you the lame "you must have done something response"!!!!......Waste of time, money and effort..was a gift for my son and has been a disaster!!! BEWARE...BEWARE....BEWARE!!!!!!...my fault for buying online.
