Server was exceptional. The tapas are not really my style. But everyone at the table enjoyed the actual food. My only gripe would be that anything made with \sparkling White\... Should have bubbles. Once addressed.. our sever fixed it immediately. The waffles at another table tasted even better than they looked. (Everyone was 'full' when the waffle went by. But we ordered it anyways). So glad we got an order... It was everyone's favorite. Ryan likes the stake and eggs. Would definitely come back.

The last time I went (you can find decent parking on Hoover; you'll still have to walk a bit but you won't get towed), relatively early on a Friday night, it was a mixed crowd of middle aged smokers, and twenty something smokers in a standing room only bar the size of a Rockville,MD walk-in closet.
Botanero and it's staff deserve every star! I ordered takeout beef empanadas and bacon-wrapped dates this afternoon. Not only was the food prepared and packed perfectly but I was treated with the most kind and attentive service after I decided I'd enjoy my mini feast across the street in the park. Shortly after I dove into the delicious bacon-wrapped dates on a skewer, I was greeted by a gentleman representing Botanero who brought me napkins and silverware after he noticed I had planned to stay in the area. I was so taken aback by the kindness that I mistakenly did not ask for his name or position held at Botanero...And given his gesture was so genuine in nature, no specific information was given for me to give full credit! But, it was the most heartwarming experience I've had in months and I'm beyond thankful. I submit this review with warm regards and I look forward to returning again soon!
A fav place for tasty Spanish food. food was so tasty. i had a brother come into town and asked me to take him back here. the prices are good for what you get.
Outdoor seating was very nice. I would recommend ordering about 3 plates per person. Scallops with squash risotto is phenomenal. Lots of seafood on the menu but I do wish they had more greens. Service is super professional and quick.
