Unidine has been a phenomenal operations and dining services partner to our senior living and behavioral health clients across the U.S. and has gone so above and beyond for them during the challenges presented in 2020 I cannot begin to thank the dozens of team members enough that we've had the privilege to interact with throughout. Their innovation goes well into all categories of operations - even providing media sets, images, menus, etc for use on our web sites for operators that have driven 2 and 3 fold increases in online inquiries. Would you rather dine at a \cafeteria\ or a \bistro?\ Unidine is certainly the difference between the two.

I was lucky enough to dine at their corporate location inside of New Balance's corporate headquarters in Boston. The lunch was OUTSTANDING! Clean environment, friendly staff members, and fresh food made to order. I had the turkey burger made in front of me with bacon, the greenest avocado and lettuce, and tomato on a brioche bun. Fantastic experience all around!
I have had the opportunity to work for Unidine the last three years, visited numerous locations and sampled some delectable culinary artistry! I have found the business approach to be one size fits one, where solutions are customized to meet the evolving needs of clients, communities and guests.
This was served to Village North Retirement Community as a Baked Ziti. The noodles were elbow macaroni that were cooked to the consistency of mush. The sauce could have been nothing more than can diced tomatoes, what little there was of it. Also it would be nice to have had a garlic bread or even a bread stick, bur not offered. We were however offered french fries. This type of food is not at all what your website is advertising.
Unidine is an excellent food service management company, with the freshest ingredients. Even their grab and go selections (salads, sandwiches, yogurt parfaits, cut fruit, etc.) are prepared in house. I particularly enjoy the in house roasted deli turkey! Most outsourced food management companies buy pre-cooked/pre-breaded products, but Unidine takes the extra time to prepare ingredients in house from scratch. Highly recommended!!!
