We just have just had Boston Trade Windows complete the 4th and final part of a four year project on our cottage. During that period they have completed the renewal of all our sliding sash windows, external doors and frames, rear porch and internal French doors, all done without fuss or drama. After first coming into contact with this 'local' company we can honestly say they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Each stage of our experience from the visits of Sid and Ben to help with product choice and pricing to the finite surveying by Steve and finally the actual fitting by excellent tradesmen Nik and Ross was done with true professionalism and with a superb level of customer care. The products they make and supply are of top quality, competivly priced and come with full guarantees and we have had no hesitation in recommended this company. Very helpful and sold some off cuts to help me
We recently experienced failures on two of our windows, just wouldn't open. I made an online enquiries to several local window companies but only received a response from Trade Windows Ltd, not only were Trade Windows Ltd prompt with their response but provided a detailed estimate to get a window repair tradesman to the house to evaluate. I proceeded with this and communication with Ashley in the office was extremely polite and efficient in arranging a timely visit. Karl was the tradesman who visited, he was professional throughout explaining what he found, we had broken mechanisms in both windows, he made an onsite call to the office which was promptly actioned and a very reasonable price for replacement and fittings was provided instantly. Amazingly they got Karl to return the following day, all work's were completed to the highest standard, I was then asked to review before Karl left site. It doesn't seem common place nowadays to receive such a high level of customer services, Trade Windows Ltd Boston however excel in this throughout, I would not hesitate for anyone needing window services to contact them. I will certainly be using again if required in the future.
I had been looking for a window company to do a full house replacement for quite some time, but I had some ridiculous quotes. A friend referred me to Trade Windows in Kirton as they had a conservatory last year. I rang the office and spoke to a polite lady who took my details, she advised me this would be passed to the quotes team and that they would be in contact with in 24 - 48 hours. Sure enough, the next morning I received a call of a gentleman called Sid, he arranged a convenient time with myself to come around and give me a quote. Two days later Sid came with a gent called Ben and they showed me their product range, I was impressed with the rough figures given to me. Furthermore, it was lovely to hear that the company makes their own UPVC products in there factory. Two days later Ben called me with a price, and I was shocked as it was over 40% less than what I had previously been quoted. I quickly paid a deposit to secure and was advised the surveyor would be in touch. Mike the surveyor rang me that week and came out the next day due to a cancellation to survey, he was very friendly, and advised that he would hand the paperwork in to the office. I had a text to confirm receipt of survey and that I would here from the install team shortly. I had a call from a gent in the office who confirmed a date with me, it was only 6 weeks away which I thought was very quick. The day of the fitting came, Ross and Nik were very friendly and professional, they fitted all my windows to a high standard and left no mess behind. The next day Scott fitted my composite and also adjusted a back door that was playing up. All in all, I have to say the service I had was truly 5 star-hence my lengthy review. I feel local businesses need more good press, and I am all for the little man in an ocean full of big companies. I will 100% be recommending them to all my friends and family! Not a lot of use really. Called into the shop and asked for 4 windows and a front door to be supplied and fitted. Very nice man behind the desk took all of my details and said I would get a call with a time and date for a site visit and measure-up......................................... still waiting. Maybe I should look elsewhere as they clearly don't give a damn.
Couldn't be bothered to price for new door and frame and upvc facure despite 2 calls into shop.
