Boston Tea Party Gloucester Road

For first-time very bad experience after so many year visit in this place. Customer service training recommend. I didn't afford to buy Cup for my coffee. Manager he opened the door asked me go out immediately. I am shocked By his behaviour. Professionalism required when you working in public place.

I went to this branch to visit as I went to have some lunch with my family I did not mind the new approach with the online order but was not impressed after my order went through that I had to wait 35 minutes for food as due to staff shortage I spent so much money in there and was told this after I had placed my order one of my family members was on a lunch break so had restricted time but had to wait for his food the coffee was well presented but tasted bland & was cold with no flavour considering I ordered caramel syrup with the order it did not taste like a caramel latte I have made better coffee at home than this. The food was well presented but did not represent the price I paid for it if it is my choice I wouldn’t come here again.

I eat in this nice place quite a bit! This is the best place to pass a nice evening. I visit this place at least once a month. The meals are fantastic, the team is polite and the charge is decent. I like meeting in this spot to have a good supper.

This place is obviously one of the most pleasant place to eat in the region. Always when I go there I am highly pleased. They keep their high standard service and the topmost level of cooking they offer. You always win with this place. Warmly recommended.

We stopped here for brunch, and the three of us & toddler had a great time. Nice relaxed family friendly vibes with lots of space for the littleuns to explore with fun play area. Food was tasty, smoothy though was a little bland & watered down though - but overall would recommend :)
