Estate agent was late to our viewing, we asked to be able to see water on as bad water pressure but we was just told that it was turned off, but he didn't switch it on for us to see it. This would have gotten 3 stars. The reason I am giving 1 star is because upon offer placement Emily who works there laughed at our offer which is highly unprofessional.

Whenever I needed to contact Pygott I received a fast response that covered the questions I had. Good communication is very important. Whilst my contact changed during the long period covering our move which extended greatly due to COVID there was never any gap in communication

Helpful at the start, but once offer accepted didn't want to know. Discovered we had been lied to about the property we have purchased. One member in perticular very rude & put the phone down on me. Would not recommend to anyone.

Piss poor. Once we got our offer excepted, their attitudes changed overnight. We discovered loads of things they stated about the property were lies to push the sale and it reminded me of a dodgy second hand car sales. One woman that shall remain unnamed was particularly unhelpful, had a poor attitude and put the phone down on us when she didn't hear what she wanted. (Thank God she's put her notice in) This was just our buying experience, I wouldn't trust them selling thimbles, let alone houses.
