I have nothing but praise for Pilgrims, they have operated on me thrice for vascular problems and have saved my left leg and unblocked my arteries. The staff were all lovely and on the ball with bedside manors and all following clinical appointments have been on time and thorough. I thank you all for fixing me your all stars an the food was the best I've ever had in a hospital.

Really slow service. Departments don’t seam to talk to each other or know what they are doing old equipment in rooms. And staff would rather keep the fans on a hot day to then selves even asking for one multiple times
My elderly mother will not go back here (out of choice) after a traumatic stay on ward 6A.
Cannot rate A&E more highly. Had my first experience of this hospital department 28/8/20 due to a car crash. The medical care ,compassion , friendliness in all areas ie porters, nurses ,doctors ,Xray dept, scan dept exceptional. Thankyou for looking after me at a very scary time
