Worst doctors ever!!! My daughter had lung and urine infection and she had almost 40 degrees temperature, got sent home with paracetamol and with advice to take her clothes off and put her outside to cool of, it was NOVEMBER!!! By my experience I don't think that those \doctors\ ever finished school. And that was not the first time I had problems with them. Changed gp for the whole family so we are happy now
Very poor! Not enough parking for the patients they have & appointments they book. If you get stuck waiting for a space, your choice is to park illegally, or they refuse to see you if you are stuck waiting for more than 10 mins. This time includes you actually waiting in the queue inside the surgery to get to the reception desk, so either turn up well in advance or they refuse to see you. Even if you call them to tell them you’re running late for things outside your control like traffic / parking, they will tell you it’s fine & then refuse to see you when you get there. Management is extremely poor, no compassion / understanding & when they make mistakes, not even an apology!
