Had to return my first Amazon parcel via a Hermes drop off point today. Thank goodness I chose Boston News on Freiston Road who couldn't have been more helpful! Thank you so much.

Always nice and pleasant, on entry, I'm usually in there dropping off hermes parcels. Nice couple, who are friendly and always welcoming. Keep up the great work guys
Lovely shop with fantastic staff, they're really friendly and helpful. Popped in today and they've got a new hot drinks machine, I had the hot chocolate and it was really nice!
Lady was brilliant. Helped me to sort a parcel out and printed label for me off her own printer. Very efficient and very friendly
Shinch provided great customer service when I was having problems printing off a Hermes postage label. Thank you.
