I have recently changed my service centre to Listers BMW Boston. I changed to Listers because they just seem to go that little bit extra and get things sorted quickly and without any fuss, when compared with my previous service centre. This time I was looked after by Darren Matson who could not be faulted, his courteous manner and professional style was refreshing. I asked him for some additional details and he emailed me the correct information within minutes. The loan car was a treat, clean, new and well specified and the overall level of service received, for my vehicle, was 5*. Well done to all involved...
