I use Halfords because its quick and convenient. Their trained staff can check things I'm unsure about to give me peace of mind. The staff are so friendly and give good advice. I'm interested in their new mobile service which I read about in a leaflet from the store..... great idea!!

Greeted at the door by shop assistants, taken to see the product I was looking for and given relevant advice, all within just a few minutes. I purchased the product and an additional item. No delay at checkout. Efficient and courteous staff and clean and tidy store.
Went to pick up a Click and Collect order. Hand sanitizing on entrance and staff. Good COVID measures and only one other person in there.
Absolutely fantastic service. The staff are knowledgeable about the products and go above and beyond to help.
Click and collect very polite and efficient. Had a look at bikes, plenty on display but not a single road bike. Somewhat disappointed.
