The worst experience I have ever had in any dealership or garage, anywhere. I took my Land Rover to Duckworth intending to get some repairs. The service from the front desk service department staff was, from the start, disgustingly rude, dismissive, and hopelessly disorganised - they couldn't have been much more unprofessional. They were woefully lacking in knowledge about Land Rovers. They seemingly did whatever they could to not help. Duckworth should be ashamed to represent Land Rover.
