Had my windows fitted by this company last year. Had vents in my old windows and I wasn't told that vents arent fitted as standard so new windows havent got them, I have to pay 25 per vent if I want them fitted. I didnt get asked what design panel I wanted in the bottom of my new back door, I had to ring them and describe the one I wanted off the Imperial Windows website. Every time I call the office I almost never get a call back from Pete until I chase them up again a few days later. This time I rang them on the 11th January, again a few days later, then again on the 18th, and again today and each time I'm told they will get Pete to ring me, nearly 2 weeks and I finally got a reply via email yesterday, apparently it was his first office day in over a week - why then was I told he was due in the office in approx an hour last Friday morning??! Really wish I had chosen another company for my new windows. I did get a quote from them for having my fascias and soffits done, suffice to say I will definitely go with another company for that. Once bitten, twice shy as they say.

Ordered glas for front door said will be ready Wednesday will call me then ready. Waited all day for phone call nobody rang. Thursday went in office said will be Friday. Asked for delivery said they cant cos busy. Wouldnt recomend.

ASP have done two seperate jobs at our house recently. Replaced a large bay window and enclosed a garden room area complete with cat flap. Peter and jis partner fud a superb job in both incidences. Careful polite with attention to detail at very fair prices. I cannot recommend highly enough. Great to use local traders too.
