Quality, value and great staff. Had the pleasure of dealing with Ali, as I was currently looking for a replacement washer dryer and needed it today. He was responsive when asking questions and gave us time to choose which one would suit us best, he also provided recommendations. Great service and will be back if I need something else.

Our old fridge recently lost a door. We went to a popular electrical store and after ages of looking at the 3 fridges in our price range, we choose a fridge. We where advised that the fridge had to be delivered as it wasn't kept on site and we had to pay for a delivery slot. We decided to look elsewhere. A freind recommended Borshch electrical in Digbeth. We were pleasently surprised at the selection of decently priced fridges, including Smeg. We didn't get a Smeg fridge. We chose one that is perfect for our requirements. The staff left us to look around, without hassling us and loaded it into the car. Our washing machine is on its way out... Guess we will be paying them a visit again soon.
So very helpful. Thankyou Andy for your patience. Buying expensive items can be daunting but excellent, considered advice was offered and we were able to make the right decision for us. Have, as a family, used Borshch many times and will definitely use again. Well done.
I am along time customer of Borshch Electrical and have brought many appliances from here, the latest being a Stoves dual fuel cooker. I am always pleased with my purchases but am absolutely over the moon with this one. Brilliant cooker at a fantastic price Ali has come through once again with great and friendly customer service.
