BoroughBridge Post Office have gone above and beyond for me and my family. This service is invaluable and to have kept going through these times is fantastic. The community really would have been lost without the team. I have lived all around the country and this is the best service I have ever received and especially now as a business owner, I am very thankful indeed to the team! Thank you so much!

My partner and I went in for proof of identity checks as requested to us. We were spoken to and declined in a completely unprofessional manner, so much so we picked up our documents and left, after just spending money on a signed for postage. One particular member of staff was incredibly rude and abrupt, therefore we will not be returning and certainly not recommending the branch to anyone. I have spent a considerable amount of money in this branch over the years. After going to another local branch, it was made clear to us that the request by us was normal procedure. A little kindness would have been very much welcomed, especially during these times.
