Despite being relatively busy and less staff, service was quick, polite and good price on items purchased.
Normally have a very good experience here with a wide range of producers and a 3-hour parking limit makes it ideal for shopping. However, on my last visit I saw numerous members of staff eating cakes and drinking milkshakes whilst working and were very rude and disrespectful when challenged. I was very impressed. Normally, I have a very good experience - today was quite different.
Very clean...tidy...loads of helpfull staff...great value...gel at door entrance...please use...
Assistant had good knowledge which was just as well as finding the right size box for a pair of trainers is hard work for a customer
