In these hard times I want to thank the whole team at borehamwood especially Chantal. You went above and beyond when my father passed away and ensured that we had some peace within ourselves. We lost our Mum in 2015 and our Dad recently in January 2019. Mum and Dad were always loyal to the Co-op and had requested that when they passed, the Co-op would be the Company that took care of their funerals. Chantal, Sue and John were absolutely marvellous at these difficult times. My sisters and I were so grateful for the compassion, sympathy, service and organisation that we got from the Borehamwood Branch in all aspects of the Funeral Care, right from the start when we had to contact them with the sad news to the very end in collecting the cremation ashes. Even after dealing with our Mum in 2015, when our Dad passed some 3 years later they remembered my Dad and us. The whole experience at this devastating time was made less painful by the compassion and service we got from the team at Borehamwood. On behalf of our family, THANK YOU, and for anyone looking for the that exceptional support and service for their loved ones at the saddest of times, we would thoroughly recommend them.
Losing our mum so sudden and unexpectedly in 2016,was the hardest time In mine and my family's lives. The thought of having to arrange her funeral was awful, however Chantal at co-op borehamwood was incredible. She made the process so easy listened to what we wanted and arranged everything perfectly. Our mum had a beautiful send off and that's thanks to her. Chantal was always professional, but sympathetic, she was always there to help and answered questions or concerns we my have had then and all the way through the process. Thank you so much for making my journey that much easier.
My father passed away. We were recommended to go to co-op funeral care in Borehamwood. It was there that I first met Chantal. She was amazing. The support and professionalism that she showed my family was second to none. From helping me to organising the service to making it individiulised. Due to the fact it was a Hindu ceremony the company helped us to ensure that my father's service was respectful and ran smoothly. COOP even closed their doors in the morning, for the Hindu service. Chantal has been great. Thanks to her were able to give my father a respectful, peaceful service.
