I have recently bought a Collino SCM70CPRO saw bench from Stephen at Rico UK Ltd. It is an excellent machine and works really well. Stephen was very helpful and so I could recommend both to anyone!

Bought custom built Splitfire log splitter of Riko UK.. Company is absolute joke from start to finish. Machine has been falling apart since day one after paying 5500 for top of the range splitter. Very poor quality fabrication. Should of bought Balfour, just really loved design of splitfire splitting both ways. No more of my business from me for these guys. Save yourself headache and time- look elsewhere. Its all about money with Riko, they dont stand behind their products! Regards, Inguss Ashley Tree Services. My reply: Your gesture of 180 was covering my cost for hydraulic oil log splitter lost within first hours of use, log splitter failed on welds and fell apart, couldnt be transported on its own. You bolted second cast iron valve block without any support brackets and it was holding way too much weight and pressure with no support in the end it failed and you said its my fault. After failure and buying parts to fix it somehow you sent me prefabricated bracket to fit under valve block which should of been fitted first place. Totally wrong design and fabrication. I liked your say 10 mm washer, log lift fell off on my feet loaded with logs because there was no washer \like you said\to stop log lift coming off. You can only try, but truth is behind me! Even Splitfire in Canda did admit it is wrong design after I sent all pictures and told full story. Shame I cant upload all pictures. Your reviews speak for themselves! Am not only one dissaponted in your products! Next time make sure you test your products and they are built and fit for purpose. This time a bit of a joke!
I have used rik o uk loads of times over the years there all ways happy to help before and after the sale there customer care is great and the quality of products they sell is great I have log splitters and timber grabs from them and never a problem a friend has a saw mill from them witch is great and agai no problems with this a great local business and all ways happy to help
