Refused to accept parcel as it was too big (over 60cm). When I phoned to question,the sales assistant was very abrupt and hung up twice, Awful customer service. Will not be using this local shop again.

0 stars for click and collect, after they had my parcel for 2 weeks, then after having to ring them, i was told it was there. without a simple apology or good excuse, i will never use that shop again
