I didn't have high hopes for Mexican food in France, but we were pleasantly surprised with the food. Portions are large (we only had 2 tacos and the quesadilla and that was enough food for us). Prices are fairly inexpensive, and the staff was nice as well. Furthermore, they do make some solid guacamole and they're not stingy with dishing it out either! If you're in Bordeaux and get frustrated trying to read menus in French, I'd recommend Saveur Latine. I hope readers will find my review and photos helpful. #TabesTravels

I love guacamole and it’s so good! The other dishes were great as well! The staff is free and the vibe is perfect!

Shame the food is that bad... the location is great, the service is really good, nice friendly efficient m, the cocktails are good! But the food... it just kills everything... totopos/nachos that really taste like doritos, the fajitas poorly made in quality and flavour. Chewy meat and chicken and horribly seasoned ( curried/boxed?/frozen?) Just couldn't get to dessert, too disgusted :-(

Calling you out all day

We had really high expectations for this place as a friend of ours who recommended it also came with us. The locations is in a lovely square and we had hopes of a memorable evening. However the staff had other ideas and decided to give us a experienced which was a comedy of errors, firstly we ordered a simple drinks and food order with nachos for a started. We patiently waited for the starters and just saw our waiter wondering around, 40 minutes later we asked to follow up on our starter and the confused waiter said he forgot to put the order in and said if we really need a starter as the mains were almost ready, very cheeky. We insisted on getting the starters and I am glad we did because the waiter also blunderes the mains order too as he forgot to put the order into and came back to us saying the kitchen was closed but some how he managed to reopen it (he was was trying to show us he was working hard for us- weird) our food finally arrived and by the time the waiters were packing all the tables away so we felt extremely rushed to eat. I want to extra yogurt and guacamole, wow the reaction was as if I wanted to resurrect the dead! The food was great and so was the outdoor locaction, the service was terrible, even when we wanted a doggy bag the waitress was rude to my girl friend and said we have done enough for you when she requested a second containter!

The food was eh to ok. But good that it was opened late when others were already closed. not true latin food. Nice location and service was really nice but with so many places to eat in bordeaux wouldn't go back for the food here.
