Grape Gripe

Great place, very friendly and relaxed staff. Moules, unsurprisingly, is by far the best thing on the menu. They have some good white wines and the prices are in the low to medium bracket. Very good value for money. I have returned many times now.

The place is nice and the menu with gazpacho, mussels and chips is quite cheap, but my main complaint is the hasty service. We waited more than half an hour before giving up on the dessert. I also didn't like the Moules à la Provençale, it wasn't special at all (and I don't understand why someone should add zucchini to this plate). Also some mussels still had some sand

This restaurant is good value for money, you get a small salad, mussels and unlimited fries for a good price. Unfortunately, the service could be described as mediocre at best. Our mussels took over 40 minutes to arrive after they had cleared our salads, which was odd because others around us seemed to receive their food after 5-10 minutes. We weren't offered an apology or a reason. It took some effort to get another portion of the unlimited fries, so I wouldn't recommend it based on that premise. I wouldn't say don't visit, but if you are time sensitive, this might not be the place.

My first time trying moules (mussels) and I loved it! Friendly staff, fast service very tasty food (and a lot of it, I was so full after my dish that I think that it's even enough for two people!

Extrem nice Service! Super jummy moules frites with crispy french fries (frites) unlimited order. Oh we loved it there and went home with full tummies and happy faces. We were a group of 8 people and ordered every moules Version from the card. Each one was tasty but the outstanding one was curry(!!!) and moules vegetables with cream and white whine (Archandaise or something similar from the name ) They serve free mayo & ketchup and bread.

Great place, all of the servers speak English which is unusual in Bordeaux. Unbelievable mussels It was so tasty the we went there for lunch and dinner same day!!! Highly recommended!!!
