I had my annual flu jab at Boots in Paignton yesterday. Phoned them on Sunday, made the appointment for Monday, turned up and had the jab immediately. Couldn't have been easier, plus the staff were lovely: helpful, courteous and kind. I will definitely be going back there for my next jab!

Long, long, lonnnnnggg waits in queue for picking up from pharmacy. Chairs or stools to sit on while waiting would help a lot.
