I get that it's a good idea to help upsell to customers and help them find what they want, but when you only have two cash desks open and one goes off to help with make up for 20 minutes and the other is helping someone fill out a loyalty card application... After 25 minutes in a queue the length of the store I gave up.

Not being local, so just passing through. I nipped in to look for some Soap & Glory products for special Birthday gifts today . I could only find 2 products I wanted but offer on was 3 for 2. So I asked the ladies at the checkout. They were fantastic, very friendly & couldn't do enough for me. They looked on the system & one lady searched the whole store, eventually finding an extra one! Just wanted to say Thanks ladies for brightening a dull day Great customer service
Couldn't find a few things i wanted that I used to be able to get from here...Teepee and Scunci. Over priced on the electronics but overall still a good Chemist and shop
