The pharmacy needs to sort out a system to que safely. People were too close together no markings to guide where to que and where to wait once a prescription has been handed in. The staff could clearly see that people were too close together adding in that people were not wearing masks, kids running around touching and people.This is very poor. Other boots stores have managed to sort so no excuses.

Boots is one of my favourite shops to go to. Lovely staff, always happy to help, great midnight prescription service. Shelves did need stocking up though when we went especially at the back of the store where you'd find the holiday creams and things, but they were busy at the time and everyone was rushed off their feet. At a later date they could benefit by hiring more people to help but it is a difficult time at the moment.

Closes 2 hours than usually time (18th of jan 2021) despite people waiting at the door and assistance watching at the cashier! Always charged wrong price when products are in promo, and it has been robbed on 3 different occasions when I've been in there. Not a good reflection on the company.

The store on the whole is great but unhappy with some of the pharmacy staff. A very cold and insensitive approach when dealing with personal issues. Seems like their training on how to speak to customers needs updating as it lacks empathy and professionalism.
