Boots staff work exceptionally hard in this store - always go above and beyond for me, giving me the best deals on no7 products and such. Never huff like most stores about checking stock upstairs if there’s none on shop floor! Surprised to see the complaints about the shop being “too narrow”?! There’s plenty of space! People would complain they had minimal options and stock if aisles were reduced! Love this store

The shop is very well stocked, but the aisles are narrow. The staff are very efficient with the way they work in such tight spaces. The products are very good quality and very popular.
My wife purchased the incorrect nicotine product for me. Boots refused to exchange for the correct product that I required. Product was in original packaging and unopened.
