Went in to collect a delivery from Boots.com member of staff was nice and explained she wouldn't be long, she was looking after a young mums new born in pram while the other mother popped upstairs to buy something for her baby. Once free the member of staff quickly got my parcel for me and again apologised for having me wait even though I'd said it was OK.

Great Pharmacy
Staff member at pharmacy incredibly rude. Shouted at me that she was closed and therefore couldn't serve any over counter medicines. Even though she was stood there. Also barked at an elderly lady too. Very few chemists left in town now, Superdrug didn't have what I needed so I tried Boots. Never again. Clearly needs some Customer Service training. 11th Feb. 2021.
A good size, 2 floors, Boots. No customer lift. Up escalator only. Pharmacy on bottom floor at the back of the shop. Entrances are currently designated for in & out. Outside queues due to social distancing move quickly but entry may depend on which floor you intend to visit, if one is busier than the other at peak times.
Only two staff in the whole shop. Had to go searching for some help. Went to exchange some products and the woman on the till charged me instead of swapping it over if there going to only have two members in, then at least get people who have experience.! Complained to boots.com who refunded. What a faff
