Usually Boots is super. I was disappointed as wanted a voucher for a birthday (lives elsewhere). Boots is ideal for toiletries, gifts, some gimmicks, useful and various family, friend, health things. Sadly vouchers can only be used in store, not online. I was shocked, really disappointed as was pleased I'd decided on Boots. She's got health issues we have covid risks so she wouldn't go to a store, online would be ideal. Staff were understanding, helpful, just company policy was wrong in lockdown.
